Our rotational moulds that have been specifically designed for prototypes and small series production allow you to reach results quickly and efficiently. We can cover the entire process chain for you, including the manufacturing of rotational plastic prototypes or small series production. We mainly use thermoplastics in line with the industry standard.
In comparison to other prototype manufacturing processes (e.g. 3D print), our rotational mould prototypes offer various advantages:
- Nearly no spatial limitations
- From batch size 1 - x (approx. 1h per prototype)
- Wall thickness and color can be changed per piece
- No adhesives or seams
- Changes to the mould are possible
- Conversion into tool for serial production
